Venango County's weather is very unpredictable. There is days that it will be very nice out and the next day or even later that day it will be 10 degrees out. You can never really guarantee on the weather channel either. You just never know around here.
Usually During the winter It starts to get bad around October. Although there have been years that trick or treating is 70 degrees out. This year on Christmas there wasn't even any snow on the ground. It usually starts getting pretty bad in January. The Schools start to get their 2 hour delays and cancellations. The weather continues to be pretty bad through February, March and sometimes April. See, my birthday is April 3rd and one year it will will nice enough to wear a tee shirt and there i years that you still have your winter coats on.
The end of the ending to the bad weather usually begins in May. Thats when we start getting our leaves back and our flowers. Also the pools start to open and summer begins.
So in conclusion , in my opinion, you never know what kind of weather to wake up to. You might have to wear your winter coat or maybe even your swim suit. Weather in Venango County you just never no!!
