A Pennsylvania Game Commission turkey biologist, Mary Jo Casalena, had made mention that the best of turkey hunting in all of Pennsylvania is surely going to be experienced in Wildlife Management Unit 1B, during an interview.
This particular unit is comprised of Erie County, as well as western Warren County, northwest Venango County, and even northern Crawford County.
The most recent data that there is currently available would easily back up a check of wild turkey harvests, over the course of five years.
