Lizzi Botticelli share a picture of a road side after the snow has been plowed. She said the everyone around their city got pondered by snow in the past week of February like Pittsburgh and Clarion getting a couple of feet while their only got four inches. She also describes the scene outsides a beautiful white lush where the ice retains its color even if its already plowed beside the streets.
