At the end of May, Director Summer Meagher of Evanston Chamber of Commerce will be packing her bags and move east. This is because Jim, his husband got a job at Vanango Country Club in Reno Pennsylvania. A lot of banks out there may be so desperate with their financial standing that they are willing to avail stimulus funds from the government, even if these means a lot of restrictions on their part in the future. Some banks, on the other hand, would rather stay on their own, especially if their financial standings are much stronger than the rest.
