BloominGail's is located at 1122 West 2nd street in Oil City.Thier number is (814)676-6321. Their flower shop is very nice. They have great prices and flowers. They can have a beautiful masterpiece prepared for you.
Double Bloom is located at 233 Seneca street in Oil City. They are right down town. Their number is (814)677-2973. This place is probably my favorite. They have a great variety of flowers and they are great people. They have some really good ides for any type of bouquet.
Floral Design is located a 21 Main street in Oil City. Their number is (814)677-7979. This is another favorite of mine. It is just a little place with a big love for flowers They have nice stuff for a party as well. They have beautiful flowers to pick from.
