Every month used be the same routine when it came time for me to pay my cell phone bill. I would drive to the AT&T store located in Franklin and have to stand in a line for at least 20 minutes. It never failed either. Every single time I went in I would have to wait at least the twenty minutes to get help.
AT&T recently changed that for me and many others. Now they have a machine in the store for you to pay your cell phone bill! You enter your phone number in to the machine, which kinda looks like an ATM, and all your info comes up on the screen. You can also get detailed billing if you need it! You insert your money right into the machine.
No more waiting in that long annoying line. Since they added the new "bill paying machine" I haven't had to wait in line any longer than maybe 3 minutes! Its so much easier now! Your in, then right out!
